4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard messaging and data rates may apply and are based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. Hanford Home Health is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
5. Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per day related to home health care services or up to 2 SMS messages per day related to employment.
6. Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from Hanford Home Health through intake forms on their website located at hanfordhomehealth.com, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Opt-Out Method:
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
